If you are concerned about food production and how we will sustain our food supplies for the future, then this book, The Natural Kitchen, by Deborah Eden Tull, is for you. With chapters on shopping guidelines, food recycling, "Green Menu Planning", growing food in our own backyards, and how to eat to sustain our own bodies and lives, this book is chock full of useful information to transform yourself into a "sustainable food revolutionary".  I especially like the chapter on "The Peaceful Kitchen", encouraging us to take a Feng Shui approach to our kitchen set-up and our cooking routines to enable health and sustainability. I encourage everyone to get a copy we can aid in changing the world of food for us all.
